Allow Restricted setting (Android >= 13)

With Android 13 and above, a restriction has been added, you can no longer enable accessibility and access to notifications without unlocking access to restricted settings.

You must follow the procedure :

1) Try enabling accessibility to show the restriction message

2) Allow restricted setting

3) Activate accessibility
